Fricelli or Fricelle are a specialty of southern Italy and specifically Puglia where Marella hand makes this pasta with durum wheat semolina flour, having the thicker consistency of a freshly made pasta similar to cavatelli.

Delicious in any combination of sauces but wonderful with fried Eggplant and a tomato basil sauce with freshly grated Ricotta Salata. For a quicker meal prep this pasta would also be great paired with our Eggplant Sauce by Campo d’Oro .
