"i Pelati" - Whole Peeled Tomatoes in Water by iContadini

A delicious whole peeled elongated tomato to use as a base for any sauce for pasta, vegetables, meats or seafood. These tomatoes are hand picked when they are ripe off the vine between July and August on the property of iContadini. They are then peeled after heating briefly, jarred by hand and pasteurized. Open them and get the full fragrance of a fresh tomato.
