The origin of the name “Perciasacchi”, which literally translates to hole in the sacks and owes its name to the pointed shape of the wheat that pierced the jute sacks in which the grain was contained during transport. Sicilian organic durum wheat wholemeal flour, ancient variety "Perciasacchi", natural stone ground in Sicily, tumbled.
"Perciasacchi" durum wheat flour is suitable for both bread-making and pasta-making.
It is mainly used for the production of bread and pasta but also pizzas, focaccia and wraps.
