Long form of Busiate Pasta. Terre di Entella present their artisanal and organic pasta from Sicilian heritage wheat variety, “Perciasacchi” which is grown, harvested and milled in the heartland of Sicily.

This regional staple of Trapani which name comes from the Sicilian word busa, or nitting needle (buso) around which the dough was historically wrapped to form its shape. Busiate in both its long or short form is used in dishes like Pesto alla Trapanese —made with almonds and tomatoes. Also pairs beautifully with a classic Sunday Sauce.
