Granulated Sicilian pistachio from Brontedolci in Bronte, Sicily.  Prized Sicilian Pistachio from Bronte, Catania, Sicily are now available! These aren’t any ordinary pistachio. Only a small amount are produced from this region every year. The unique characteristics are the elongated form of the pistachio, the color — a vibrant green color with thin skin in varying shades of purple and a delicate and distinct flavor. They are shelled, then granulated and vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. 

Extremely versatile. Perfect to add texture atop your yogurt bowl, breakfast creations, appetizers- such as cheese & honey as well as main courses for savory applications including a base for pistachio pesto. Wonderful in baked goods and as pictured here sprinkled over vanilla ice cream with a drizzle of lemon extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.
