Terre di Entella present their artisanal organic pasta from Sicilian heritage variety of wheat called “Perciasacchi”. Grown, harvested and milled in the heartland of Sicily. The pasta is bronze extruded and slow dried in accordance with traditional and best quality preparations.

Paccheri Pasta is best paired with ragù, or delicate seafood and vegetable sauces. Delicious with creamier sauces as well.
