Home grown zucchini, sliced then salted and dried in the sunshine for 3 to 4 days. This slow method concentrates their flavor and preserves their nutrients. Then jarred with extra virgin olive oil, capers, hot pepper, mint and garlic. Delicious in an array of dishes or enjoyed with a great bread. A truly special product.
